Plain terms for an early-stage network platform.
Platform purpose
Black Dollarz Farm to Table operates a technology platform that helps farmers, families, businesses, institutions, food hubs and local distribution partners find one another and build local food networks.
Early-stage status
The platform is in an early network-development stage. Features described as upcoming are not yet available, and marketplace transactions are not currently offered.
Registration is free and does not guarantee that a market will launch in your area.
Account responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it current.
If you create an account, you are responsible for activity that occurs under it and for keeping your sign-in details secure.
Producer information
Farm, product and production-practice information is supplied by producers. Unless we state that information has been independently verified, it is producer-provided.
We do not certify organic, pesticide-free, hormone-free, grass-fed or similar claims on a producer's behalf.
Marketplace information
Where marketplace features become available, applicable fees will be shown before a transaction is completed.
Payment processing fees, delivery charges, taxes and other third-party costs are separate from any Black Dollarz fee.
Third-party services
The platform relies on third-party hosting, database, authentication and email providers, and may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party sites.
Intellectual property
The Black Dollarz Farm to Table name, brand and site content belong to Black Dollarz Farm to Table.
Content you submit remains yours. By submitting it you allow us to display it on the platform as needed to operate the network, and we publish personal quotes and photos only with your permission.
Acceptable use
Do not submit false or misleading information, impersonate others, harvest other members' information, interfere with the platform's operation, or use it for unlawful purposes.
Limitations
The platform is provided on an as-is basis while we build it, and we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every listing is accurate.
Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under applicable law that cannot be waived, and nothing here limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct or personal injury.
Changes to the service
We may add, change or discontinue features as the network develops. Material changes to these terms will be posted on this page.
